Includes: Insurance coverage of USD 1,600 per luggage for delay, loss, and/or damage. This does not include baggage appearance scratches or damages on the handle, wheels, and/or contents.
Luggage size:
Total length, width, and height must not exceed 180 centimetres.
Weight must not exceed 32 kilograms.
Please make sure that the correct number of luggage matches your booked quantity. The operator has the right to reject the transfer of excess luggage. If this happens, the customer must shoulder all the losses.

Luggage drop-off at the airport: 09:00 - 15:00
Delivery time to the hotel/Airbnb: 18:00 - 21:00
Book a collection time at least 60 minutes after your flight arrival time.
Allow at least 60 minutes for the collection of your luggage to avoid delaying your scheduled itinerary.

Luggage drop-off at the hotel/Airbnb front desk: 09:00 - 12:00
Delivery time to the airport: 15:00 - 21:00
